More than 70 Canadian and Burmese activists in Canada are part of a thousand of 'blacklisted' names that has been cleared today by the new government in Burma. Canadian Friends of Burma (CFOB) welcomes this move as one of the right steps in ongoing political reform process in Burma. Among 70 names blacklisted, a number of former Canadian MPs, long-time Burma supporters and leading activists included. Please see the list below.
